If you deploy an AI agent that interacts with or processes personal data belonging to third parties, you are solely responsible for ensuring that such use complies with all applicable privacy laws, including obtaining any necessary consents and providing required notices. ResidentAgent is not responsible for how buyers use AI agents obtained through the Platform.

9. International Data Transfers

ResidentAgent is operated in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers. Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
